I’ve worked on digital growth from almost every layer of the stack.
Infrastructure, programming, websites, owned media, SEO, paid acquisition, content, team leadership, agency operations, data systems, AI agents, product design. That list isn’t a claim to do everything. It’s the reason I can usually see how one layer is breaking another.
A ranking problem is sometimes a site-production problem. A dashboard problem is often a data-contract problem. An AI problem is frequently a permissions or routing problem. A hiring problem is regularly a workflow-design problem. And occasionally a process problem is solved by deleting the process.

Things I built and owned
Vietnamchik.com
An independent publication about Vietnam, grown from zero to nearly 100K monthly visitors before COVID. Idea, site, content system, search, audience — all mine.
4lang.ru
A language-learning platform, co-owned: website and YouTube channel, online courses, professional instructors. Search traffic, video audience and paid education in one system.
Where I’ve worked from
Russia → China → New York → Southeast Asia → Florida. Not a travel story: it’s why distributed teams, cross-cultural communication and awkward time zones are normal working conditions rather than a challenge to be managed.
How I sound in a room
Direct, calm and evidence-driven. I’d rather tell you the constraint is your process than sell you a tool. If the honest answer is that you don’t need me, that’s the answer you’ll get — usually within two business days.
